Winter Series 2024/25

We will be running the Nitro X Cross winter series over 4 rounds with the best 3 to count.

The format will run as follows:

4 rounds with the best 3 results to count.
No Controlled Tyres
4 rounds of 5 minute qualifiers with best 2 to count
All finals 20 Minutes (finals may be shortened if bad weather) for 1/8th Nitro buggy & 2 X 10 minute finals for 1/8th Ebuggy. (The finish is the best single finishing position. The tie-breaker is the laps/times from the best single finishing position)

Saturday practice. Clubs have agreed to run open practice on the Saturday, payment for practice day to be made direct to the club.

Camping is available at all tracks.

Points format as follows:

Points awarded for Final finishing position. 1 bonus point for FTD/TQ
For Example FTD 1 point A Final win 100 points = 101 driver

Booking in for all rounds will open on Monday 16th September 9am. All booking in will take place through the NitroXCross website and a drivers list will be visible to all (please allow 48 hours for your name to appear on drivers list).

If you do need to book out, please do so via email no later than 10pm on the Friday evening before the meeting if refund is required.

The cost is £15 per person per round. please try to book in early so that each club can cater for the correct amount of entries. 25% from each entry will be held by Nitro X Cross to cover running costs, software, medals and put towards end of season trophies, the rest of your entry fee goes to the club hosting the event.

There will be an entry cap so please book in early to avoid disappointment!

1/8th Nitro buggies & 1/8th E-buggies each have their own championships with separate heats and finals.

No marshals under 12, it is the parents responsibility to find a suitable replacement.

Nitro X Cross will run to Nitro X Cross rules. If a rule is not in place then BRCA rules will be used. A BRCA handbook can be found HERE
